SCHROER ON CROSS



I SALLY SCHROER BROKE IN TO THE PRIVATE RESIDENCE ON THREE SEPERATE OCASIONS WITH OUT A WARRANT AND DID NOT KNOW SHE USED MARIJUANA OR ALOHOL BEAUSE IT DID NOT EFFECT HER PARENTING . I ADMITTEDTO SEACRHING THE HOME ILLEGALLY  TOP TO BOTTOM AND DID NOT FIND ANY DRUGS OR ALOHOL IN THE HOME. SHE WAS ABSENT FOR 15 MINUTES BECAUSE OF A POVERTY RELATED REASON AND NOT OUT LOOKING FOR DRUGS. SHE WAS ALSO NOT UNDER THE INFLUENCE.
