DOES ANYONE KNOW IF THIS IS CORRECT

Dr. Dean Edell ranked drugs based on two criteria - effect on health and abuse potential.
This is how he ranked them from least to most harmful:
-marijuana
-caffeine
-nicotine
-cocaine
-alcohol
-heroin

SO SHE CAN KEEP HER KIDS ADDICTED TO NICOTINE WHICH THIS DR CLAIMS BASED ON HEALTH AND ABUSE POTENTIAL IS MORE DANGEROUS THEN MARIJUANA.

THEY SENT HER TO TREATMENT FOR MARIJUANA AND NOT NICOTINE?

ACCORDING TO LE SUEUR COUNTY WHO DEFINES ADDICTION AS A PERSON WHO IS USING CHEMICALS WHO:

1) DOES NOT HAVE ANY CHEMICALS  IN HER HOME

2) DOES NOT TAKE CARE OF CHILDREN UNDER INFLUENCE OF CHEMICALS

3)DOES NOT NEGLECT PARENTAL RESPONSIBILITIES TO USE OR SEEK CHEMICALS

4) PROVIDES FOOD SHELTER AND WATER

5) KEEPS A CLEAN BABY PROOFED HOME.

6) CHILDREN ARE CLEAN AND WELL CARED FOR

7) CAPABLE OF GAINING EMPLOYMENT THAT REQUIRES BACK GROUND CHECK AND DRUG TEST

8) DOES NOT HAVE A CRIMINAL RECORD DRUG RELATED OR OTHER.

SALLY SCHROER AND VICTOR ATHERTON WERE SEEN TOGETHER DRINKING ALCOHOL IN THE BAR

ALCOHOL ADDICTION RANKS HIGHER IN SEVERITY THAN THC. IF SALLY SCHROER And VICTOR ATHERTON TOOK A DRUG TEST AND TESTED POSITIVE FOR ALCOHOL THEN BY LE SUEUR COUNTY'S DEFINITION THEY ARE ADDICTED TO A CHEMICAL SUBSTANCE. THEY ARE CARING FOR FAMILY MEMBERS AND WORKING WITH CHILDREN WHILE THEY ARE ADDICTED TO ALCOHOL.
