Undermining Loving Parent-Child Relationships is Child Abuse
Child protection workers using Parental Alienation Awareness
(1) the impact of parental alienation on children,
For the child, parental or in this case the child protection case workers have taken active participation in the alienation of the parent. child protection case worker alination is a serious mental condition, based on a false belief that the alienated parent is a dangerous and unworthy parent. The severe effects of parental alienation on children are well-documented; low self esteem and self-hatred, lack of trust, depression, and substance abuse and other forms of addiction are widespread, as children lose the capacity to give and accept love from a parent. Self-hatred is particularly disturbing among affected children, as children internalize the hatred targeted toward the alienated parent, are led to believe that the alienated parent did not love or want them, and experience severe guilt related to betraying the alienated parent. Their depression is rooted is feelings of being unloved by one of their parents, and from separation from that parent, while being denied the opportunity to mourn the loss of the parent, or to even talk about the parent. Alienated children typically have conflicted or distant relationships with the alienating parent also, and are at high risk of becoming alienated from their own children; Baker reports that fully half of the respondents in her study of adult children who had experienced alienation as children were alienated from their own children.
LE SUEUR COUNTY CASE WORKERS ARE USING ABUSIVE METHODS NOT JUST ON THE MOM A TRAUMA SURVIVOR BUT THEY ARE ALSO ABUSING THE CHILDREN.
As Amy Baker writes,
parental alienation involves a set of strategies, including bad-mouthing the other parent,
limiting contact with that parent, erasing the other parent from the life and mind of the child (forbidding discussion and pictures of the other parent), forcing the child to reject the other parent, creating the impression that the other parent is dangerous, forcing the child to choose between the parents by means of threats of withdrawal of affection, and belittling and limiting contact with the extended family of the targeted parent.
The four year old CB tells his mother during a visit that his aunt the sister of Melisa the foster keeper. Told him he cannot be with his mommy because she is a crack head. The child in temporary care has been told this person was his aunt by the temporary care givers. During a time he could not sleep or eat because he wanted his mommy. The mommy is not a crack head she tested positive for thc which comes from marijuana. No marijuana was found in the house and the mother was not high when sally Schroer decided traumatizing parent and child over a needed parenting class was her only option.
Once the program was complete Sally begins looking for a halfway house 6 hours away from the children and tries to have the mother admitted for 6 months. The reason she tested positive for thc a medicine used in 18 states to treat ptsd. Many war vets have been prescribed medicinal marijuana because it has no dangerous side effects and is not physically addictive. It also reduces the impact of the symptoms that come with trauma injuries.
It is my understanding that AB felt this would only harm the parent child relationship and reported the gross misconduct of the Social worker to the lawyer, Schroer's supervisor, and Lisa Barden who all played an active role in dismantling the case workers plan to send the mother 6 hours away for an additional 6 months for marijuana use.
She had all ready displaced the mother by forcing her in to homelessness, and refusing to allow her to have the children go with her to a supervised parenting relationship building class. Then had her sent away for a month where she would go through treatment for marijuana with a group of people addicted to meth and crack. That reduced visits to one hour a week with her children and Sally Schroer had the foster people step in to do the parent child therapy the mother was doing before she went homeless.
AB could not believe The conduct of the social worker who would force a one hour a week visit versus reuniting the children with their mother so they could get the parenting class she needed. The children were on the road three hours one day a week for a 45-30 minute visit with their mom.
Problems with the children not knowing who their family is dates back to October 2012. After the unstable foster people decide to use Genies children to meet their own needs. They place an adoption order with the child protection worker. Then start telling the children they are related to their biological family members. They have zero regard that these children have been traumatized by Sally Schroer who took them from their mom. The children are not sleeping and eating etc. Could they make this any more about them than that? no it just makes them dangerous to the children.
Mom is documented repeatedly telling the children they do not have a grandma Gra*y they do not have cousins in Minnesota. Complaints are made to people higher up that the foster people are acting in a disturbed way trying to make someone else's children their own. Just so their needs are met. Then the unstable people start showing up in court like they are in a custody battle. The baby calls Tony the foster guy daddy. How confident are they that they will be keeping the kids or do they just not give a shit that they could be mentally damaging these children when they are ripped away from the unstable people to join their mom. This could result in causing them to have unstable relationships because the unstable foster people were unfit to be doing foster parenting.
The court and county have denied access via phone or visits to any of their extended family. It violates the Minnesota state laws and rules and has been documented in court for the complaint process. The only legal way it can be done is if the people they block pose a safety threat to the children. The people they are blocking with the exception of one do not pose a threat. They are allowed to see the extended family members of the unstable foster family. For example the Foster people the same people who placed orders to have the mother disposed of so they could have her children went out of town for the week end. They left Genies children with their cousin Brent Chritain. Brent is the county attorney prosecuting the termination of the mothers rights. The conflict of interest was hidden up until Genies file was transferred to the defense attorney.
This is a clear attempt to erase the children of their identity. They will then meet the needs of the unstable couple perfectly. The mother is untreatable until her children are returned. The removal and year long repeated threats have retraumatized her causing her to experience symptoms of the C-PTSD
