CPS VIOLATION OF PARENTAL RIGHTS

Sally Schroer documents how a mother is denied access to sign her child up for Head Start which is a preschool. The mother that is denied services from the teacher according to Schoer's notes because she is the former  neighbor of GH. The mother who was there trying to sign her child up for head start is denied access to the school room and sent away. Schroer seems content with the outcome. ??????

MY QUESTION IS WHY IS THE MOTHER AND ANY ONE ASSOCIATED TO THE MOTHER BEING TREATED LIKE A CRIMINAL BY THE SCHOOL. THIS MOTHER ACCORDING TO MINNESOTA RULES AND GUIDELINES SHOULD BE INVOLVED AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE.  PARENT SPECIALISTS REPORT GH IS A ZERO RISK TO ABUSE HER CHILDREN AND SHE IS VERY LOVING AND NURTURING.

Other records indicate that GH is denied the ability to order school pictures of her children's first year at school. Only the unstable foster care giver who has placed orders to get rid of the mother so she can keep her children receives order forms for school pictures.

Notice of conferences and field trips were  never disclosed.

Sally Schroer has been asking the teachers to not allow the mother to be involved. We know this because she refused to allow the mother to document her sons mouth when he was hit in the face busting his lip open at the foster home.

Schroer made Dr.'s appointments not involving the mother not allowing her to make them and had the dr confirm schroer was right about how it was handled.

I got news for you lady..... You did not handle it right! In that one incident you violated the mothers parental rights to document abuse of her son's split open mouth. You violated her right to be at the doctor appointment. You refused to tell the mother what the doctor said.. ...Then when you  documented it for the judge you perjured your self,   lying to the judge.

I would contact Sue Rynda BUT it is my understanding AB did contact her expressing concerns about perjured documentation also asking about her complaint policy. She replied with a letter from the lawyer restricting communication and informing all worker to have zero communication with AB

Other concerns that are documented is the county's neglect to respond to the copious amounts of proof of abuse, violations of state guidelines, perjury, state laws, federal laws, constitutional law, and civil rights laws.
